High School
Excel is our school day program for our High School athletes. The intensity and focus of this program will help our High School athletes take a significant step toward their unique goals and vision. These athletes will be in the gym and weight room at a collegiate level and their development will mirror this. We expect to see unparalleled results from this group that will help them Excel to their absolute best and maximize their athletic and sports potential.
Track 1 - Full Time Academic & Basketball Program
The Excel Academic & Basketball Program is a full-time, year-round experience designed for high school athletes who are serious about their future—both on the court and in the classroom.
We combine elite basketball training with a flexible academic structure to help student-athletes maximize their potential in all areas. Students are encouraged to enroll in Gem Prep Online for the opportunity to earn college credits, but they also have the freedom to choose the academic path that works best for them.
Daily Athletic Schedule
High school athletes train for 3 hours each day, including:

1 Hour – Performance Training (Strength & Conditioning)

1 Hour – Group Training with a Certified Trainer

1 Hour – Core Skill Work (Shooting, Ball Handling, Finishing)

Track 2 - Part-Time Basketball-Only Program
The EDGE Excel Part-Time Program is designed exclusively for high school athletes seeking top-level basketball development without the academic commitment of our full-time program or looking to go part-time at their high school.
This program delivers the same intense training, expert coaching, and skill development as the full-time track—allowing athletes to elevate their game on a flexible schedule that fits their individual needs.
